L’appartamento è molto pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La cucina è particolarmente attrezzata e permette di sentirsi come a casa. Il giardino è uno spazio piacevole dove rilassarsi o mangiare in compagnia, mentre il tappeto elastico è stato davvero apprezzatissimo dai bambini. La struttura è molto silenziosa e gode di una posizione ottima, ideale per raggiungere facilmente gli impianti di risalita, i sentieri per le passeggiate e tutti i principali punti di interesse della zona. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Teresa e alla sua famiglia, sempre cordiali, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti accolti fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissima, ci torneremo volentieri!

Everything was perfect. Daniela is such a kind and exceptional host. Villa Ried is located in Perca, 3 minutes’ walk from the gondola which takes you to the top of Kronplatz. Upon arrival we got the parking card from Daniela, which we could use to get to the gondola parking like other residents in Perca.We also got a card for a locker inside the gondola where we could leave all our ski equipment (so you can basically go from the apartment in sneakers and put on your ski boots at the gondola).The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything you need (toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen facilities; it also has a washing machine).It has a big terrace looking at the mountains where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee. Also, three minutes’ walk from Villa Ried there is a supermarket and Pizzeria Coriander. Overall 10 out of 10 🙂.
