Private: natural state property 950 m2 (fenced). Table tennis. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Les Sylvadoures" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pilat 100 km, Bordeaux 60 km, Saint Emilion 100 km, Cap Ferret 67 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maubuisson 3 km, Moutchic 15 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Lacanau, 13 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

maison très spacieuse située au milieu des pins grande terrasse superbe. proche du lac et de la mer.

Très bien au vue du tarif. Après oui c est un peu vieillot, ca sent un peu le renfermé, le voisinage est qd même un peu (trop) sensible au moindre bruit ou cris d enfants. Difficile d envisager la moindre partie de ping pong dans ces conditions. La vaisselleest limite qd même. La literie est abominable. Cela dit, 2 salles de bains et 4 vrais chambres avec salle à manger et extérieur sympa, à ce prix on fait pas les difficiles. C est dommage car avec un petit rafraîchissement ce serait très bien.
