    The staff should be EDUCATED properly. We stayed for 3 nights and all was good. Spacious and clean room and the building is modern and renovated. But the lady who was in charge of the check-out desk looks like doesn't know anything about services. ( I do not remember the name exactly but we checked out like 8:30am, 14th July and the name on the tag starts with "F".) We do not expect something special treatment or services. It was simple. She made mistake like overcharging us 50 EUR more. I found it was wrong and ask her to give us the receipt to check it out but she keep doing something with calculator saying nothing. And then pretty sure that she found herself it was wrong and give us the proper price. She just looked us like innocent and say nothing then showed us the card payment machine. I understand that anyone does mistake so it was not a big deal. BUT, should have started with "I am sorry". It was a good stay, everything was fine but the last moment the whole things were spoiled and will be remembered as bad memory with your hotel. Maybe she seems like does not know at all what was wrong. So please let her know what is wrong and what she has to do in that kind of case.
