Nice and comfy
My only critique is about 35 euro charge for 9pm check in. I would not call 9pm a late check in. I understand 11pm, but not 9pm.

Apartment was perfectly located in the centre of town close to all bars and restaurants. It was clean, spacious and well equiped with everything we needed.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. Train, buses, bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The apartment building is secure with a lift. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. The WiFi is excellent. The bed is comfortable.
The noise of pigeons. From first light, the noise of nesting pigeons was pretty constant and somewhat annoying.

Location was wonderful. Close to great restaurants and all the action, as well as banks, grocery stores, shopping and the train. Elevator made it handicap accessible which was the primary reason we booked this apartment. It had a washer, decent size refrigerator, and an induction 2 burner stovetop. A/c worked well. Bed was very comfortable.
Pigeons. The enclosed balcony space had functioning floor to ceiling windows, but the birds, bird feces, bird feathers, and bird mites made opening any windows impossible. It seemed things were done with minimal expenditure, although the basic necessities were there (except a drying rack). We were there for 6 weeks. I recommend this apartment for short holiday stays only. It works for a place to sleep while taking in all the area has to offer. Remember, this is a large property management company, not a local property owner.
