Available during our trip, things book fast in Exmouth. Parking spot. Plenty of beds. Washer.

Bond form was a bit of a pain. Faucets were almost impossible to turn off all the way - we let the property know so maybe they've fixed that.

Location was fantastic and the space of the property was accommodating for our needs, definitely has the potential to be a great stay.

The inside of the property resembles a run down hostel; things were broken, run down and require maintenance. Probably just needs a little more attention and upkeep towards; windows and curtains, lights and skirting boards. The furnishings and electronics need to be updated, like the couches and microwave, as we had a few issues when attempting to use. The toilet in the main bathroom was taking on water as the button gets stuck after flushing.
