Lovely accomodation

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The bulgalow was impecable, super clean and with the necessary supplies. The location is also good (it's a 15min hike to the suspension bridge and a few kilometers to the viewpoint). We also took the chance to do a barbecue in the facility. It was an awesome stay.

everything in the house is new, clean and beautiful. hot shower, heating system, our stay was comfortable. the host was very helpful, the location is pure nature, if the weather is good, it is very nice to walk around.

Perfect stay, cozy room, kind and nice hosts with great price!

We met a car accident on our way. The host was kind enough to wait for us. We used google map and it led us to the wrong way. It was dark and late, we were all starving and tired. Thankfully the host drove to pick us. And when we “bluntly” asked for anything to eat and the nice couple gave us egg, bread and fruits. My whole family was very grateful and more than pleased to our stay. We offered to pay for the food but they kindly declined.

Great cottage with a view. The perfect spot in Uvac.

The cottage is just PERFECT. It is bigger than what we expected, super clean and with all the necessary things. Heating, electric stove and oven, fridge, confortable beds in all rooms, towels and blankets, etc. They thought about all the details. We loved it. The host is right there and always available to help you with anything you may need. We definitely recommend staying here!

It has been one of the best stays during our 2 months trip around the region. Awesome place, so quiet and peaceful, great to have some rest and recharge your batteries. Very well equipped house. If you don’t want to cook, Kod Elka (5 minutes drive) and Ethnic village Molitva (walk or drive) serve decent food. Impeccably clean. The hosts live on the spot and are always willing to help. Great hospitality - thank you! Don’t miss this place.

Weekend in Drveni Raj

This is a fantastic place to stay while you're exploring Uvac. The houses are incredibly cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable. The bed has just the perfect amount of firmness, and the view from the balcony or the outdoor table is absolutely breathtaking. The hosts are extremely welcoming. I can't wait to come back to this amazing place!

Beautiful people and beautiful location.

The hospitality was like coming home, but they were not intrusive, just warm and welcoming. The apartment was equipt with everything that we needed and extra bits and pieces in the kitchen that we have never had anywhere, like oil vinegar, and much much more, all the little necessities that you may require, very thoughtful. The location was amazing, the view was breathtaking so peaceful and quiet. In the evening the cows walked peacefully past the property the fireflies danced in the bushes, just so relaxing. Thank you

Fantastic place to visit Uvac canyon! Amazing hosts, very warm and friendly people! Amazing views and an amazing house!

First of all the owners are wonderful people! We were welcomed like real guests! We had a trouble with a car and they helped us to find people to repair the car. Meanwhile they brought us to the restaurant and back, organized a boat trip and took care of us! We are extremely grateful! The place is amazing! Stunning views, next to a hiking trial and the house is really great! Sparkling clean! Not in all 5-star hotels you can find such clean accommodations! Bed linen and towels smell fantastic! Everything is very comfortable. The space inside is perfectly organized! Good kitchen, warm, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletries, spacious bathroom, everything works perfectly well! A welcome drink was waiting on the table. There was even a mini-bar. Cool place and once again amazing people!!!

One little thing to take into consideration: bring your food. It is difficult to find a normal food store even in the town, which is reachable only by car. There are several restaurants around, but to get to any of these restaurants you need a car and sometimes a car with a strong engine, because lots of roads are without asphalt and quite steep.

The owners are the best people, we can not thank them enough.. We had trouble with the car and had to wait until noon, they'd let us stay no charge, assisted with groceries and helped us plan the day and enjoy the nature around. Plus, the room is clean, has everything u need and the beds are comfortable and the location is prefect for the sightseeing.

Fully equiped, spacious cottage with stunning views on Uvac river from the balcony or the huge terrace in front of your house; very quiet area; super friendly and helpful hosts, even free Rakija as a welcome gift; really the best place to explore the magnificient Uvac Canyon area

Hosts don't speak English but help themselves with a translation app - worked very well; only cash payment accepted. Both not really problems, just be prepared :)

Wonderful place! Tranquil, beautiful surroundings, prime location to explore Uvac area. Nice wooden house, with much comfort for such a remote place. Well equipped with heating system, kitchen. There are restaurants around, so we had no need to cook for ourselves. Free parking. Very friendly hosts! Just a bit challenging stairs to the second floor with bedrooms. We recommend the place wholeheartedly!

Awesome landlord runs the "wooden paradise"

Owner told us that the name translates as "wooden paradise", and the name is very fitting! Beautiful surroundings, equipped with everything you need. Owner doesn't speak English, but with Google Translate the communication was excellent! Gave useful information before and during our stay.

The access dirt road of 3 km was a surprise, but not at all that bad.

Cozy and welcoming

The owners are very kind and welcoming. The chalet is perfectly kept, clean and cozy. When you arrive you feel at home, in fact we have decided to stay one more night. The owners both he and she are very nice and even if they don't speak English they use google translate to be able to explain everything and give you the information you need. The place is a bit lost, the road to get there is unpaved and if you arrive at night it can be almost a little scary to drive in the dark countryside. However, the owners wrote to us before we arrived to give us directions and they put up many signs on the road so it is easy to find the place. We took a tour of Serbia and this is the only place I would happily return to. Another small point: in the nearest town it is difficult to get quality food, so it is better to organize yourself a little in advance.

Lovely place, lovely people.

Lovely place run by the family. They are sweet and helpful. I guess the only issue we struggled with mainly was the WiFi, which wasn't working. I understand given the location, but just putting it out there for those travelling on work. The family tried hard to fix it.
