There was a dining area/seating room next to the reception.
There were washers and dryers on all the floors.

The lounge was very spacious with tables and chairs, plates, cups, microwave, Juices, Tea, Coffee, and hot and cold water dispensers avilable 24/7. This was very helpful as we could bring take out meals, fruits, etc. and have a pleaseant space to eat. Nice decor.
There was a washroom to use near the lounge while waiting for the room. Luggage storage. Map of the surrounding area with the local restaurants/ night market. Staff very helpful in answering questions.
The room and bath were super accessible (for those with mobility issues) and spacious. Room Cleaned and towels changed daily. Teh 2 MRT stations were only a 10 minute walk and both were easily accessible.
The check in is not until 15:00. Allowances should be made for those who need to check in a few hours earlier (considering we would also be checking out early) and had requested this in advance.

The staff were very friendly and had a 24hr check in. And the building was very easy to locate and go in and out of. And the beds were amazing my comfortable, my girlfriend really loved the duvet 😂
