It could be better.

The localization was quite good, close to the Vatican City, metro station and bus stop.

We recieved an apartment in the basement, not so much light and it was cold in the night, the thermostat didn’t work. There was not cleaning service and towells changing (ours were still wet because it was hard to dry them). The shower cabin’s doors were broken and replaced by plastic curtain. Moreover, some machine was ticking in the night and we didnt sleep well. And if somebody from the apartment above was taking a shower, the sound of splash was really loud, in the night we thought it comes from our bathroom.

Wonderful stay

Alfonso was so professional. He met us at the office, helped us with the luggage and even offered some wine, while we waited a few minutes for our unit to be ready. Very friendly and polite. Our towels linens were changed upon request. We got help with ordering the taxi cab to the airport.

Great location, decent breakfast, disappointing room

The location of this property is in a pleasant residential/commercial mixed area with grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. The property itself is a quiet courtyard setting with no noise from other guests or traffic. By Italian B&B standards, the breakfast was pretty decent. There was an option for warm savories or sweets, plus yogurt, fruit juice and coffee pods to use in the espresso machine.

The problems began right after checking in. Someone came to take a glass panel from the shower door and replace it with a makeshift shower curtain, saying they would replace the door the next day. That never happened. The room was 8 steps below the level of the courtyard and the room felt very damp. There was a kitchenette that smelled very strong of mildew under the sink and the wall next to the shower was stained with black mold. During the 4 day stay, there was never an offer for fresh towels, any room cleaning, or replacement of toilet paper. At one point I dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the bed. In retrieving it, I saw that the floor was covered in lint and dust

The bed was very comfortable. The location was pretty good, near the Vatican. The security was good, you had to pass 5 gates with a card to get to the room. The room was big and quiet.

The crib we requested is not suitable for babies to sleep in at all. The room was cleaned once in two days, but the floor was still dirty, the shower wasn't cleaned, there was mold on the ceiling. The water taps and the shower head need to be replaced (weak flow). The box breakfast is not recommended. Weak lighting.

Spacious Room - Friendly Staff - With recommendation for improvement

The room was big and clean . The bed were comfortable , The staff was friendly I will stress out the friendliness of the people , as we had continues communication with via What's' up.

1. I didn't like that when entering the room was a strange smell coming in the room , which if the door/window was closed is caused frustration. 2. The air-conditioning were not inverter ( to stop working once get the temperature ) and also despite being at 21 i felt that was controlled not to give to much cold . 3.. Paying such high amount and having breakfast in box we didn't like it . IT was a sausage roll, or calzone or croissant , with juice, and yoghurt.( there were no good options for kids e.g. chocolate milk ). In addition the fact i had to decide what i want for breakfast for the whole stay it was a pressure for me and the kids. ( 1 day a wrong breakfast was offered ) The last day we didn't want to eat went to supermarket 3 minutes walk . 4. The cleaning concept should be re-considered. The room is cleaned every 2 days(staring from arrival date) . We were supposed to have on the 2nd day but they said that cleaner was not able to come (FAIR) . But we had to stay another day with dirty towels , full bins and dirty floor. Having kids in not possible not get dirty the apartment. The most disturbing think although is the fact that on the next day the cleaner came ( so cleaning on day 3 instead of 2 ) and on the corner of the kitchen there were 2 bags with rubbish and the cleaners(!) didn't even consider to pick them up. The excuse that they didn't see it(!) is unacceptable. why then they clean the dust bin in the kitchen. 5. Location is 10-15 minutes with Taxi the above comments is to be considered for improvement and respect the money we pay for our holidays,

Lovely place to stay for a week in Rome, highly recommended.

Location, primarily a residential district with easy access to a variety of restaurants, markets, and public transportation. A few blocks north of the Vatican, less touristy and very quiet. Our suite as very roomy and well appointed. Adele (the receptionist) was attentive to our needs and very helpful.

Nothing to dislike. It should be noted that the description states that the reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00 for check-in, however staff is not on site after 15:00.

I liked safety, small garden, 5-10minutes to get Metro station, there is supermarket on 50m dislikes- There is no service in Italy compared to other countries. So there are a loooots of dislikes - breakfast, room service, willingness to help guests..

The alley was not very nice esp when you have to enter it after a short walk from metro. the property was comfortable. Large rooms, good dining area. However while kitchenette was nice, the basic cutlery incl kettle and spoons etc were not available. We had to ask for it. No basic stuff like salt, pepper, cooking oil or tea, coffee sugar. However there is a supermarket 2 buildings away where you could get things.

The breakfast was the most disappointing. They claimed it was buffet on the site but it was a lil snack box. meet was raw, no breads/croissants, no eggs.

The yard is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped, very spacious inside the apartment , good quality the brand of soap and shampoo. The staff is very helpful, even if it was difficult sometimes to understand each other in English 🙂Google translation was helpful

My floor in between the elevator stops, difficult with luggage on the stairs; an electrical coffee machine would be great- for me the mocha pot isn’t an option. Also, in my opinion, a bottle of water in the room would be a nice gesture at least at the arrival day.

Comfortable and in great location

- big supermarket at the same street (it was open every day) - it was quiet - about 10min by foots from Vatican Museum entrance - excellent restaurant about 5 min by foots: Il Colibri - about 8-10min from metro station: Ottaviano - comfortable bed - overall we really enjoyed stay here

- our room was really dark :) so if you like very bright, full of sun spaces you might not feel very comfortable

Great location near Vatican City. Easy 10 minute walk to many other attractions. Very clean with room service. Very fast wifi and nice workspace. Very handy kitchenette with supplies.

Pillows were very flat although they may have had more fluffy ones. We didn’t ask so that may have been our fault.
