Morin 10 Rome Exclusive Suites

Location was good. Quiet place with proximity to metro station which is a big plus. Supermarket is couple doors down. Room is nice size, but the shower feels a bit small.

My main complain is very poor work of air-conditioning. It just barely cooled if at all. No way to adjust. For many visitors in summer months, especially from the US, it might be one of the main factors that can ruin the experience.

Going back to the excellent atmosphere with the courtyard, it was frustrating that it could not be enjoyed after our day out in the city because of the extremely early noise restrictions. The tenants were very nasty and we were not even being that loud. In the write up it should be very clear that this is a residence and not a hotel

The host was very kind and flexible in accommodating my checking-in needs. My room was large and very well-equipped: practically a studio apartment where I could have stayed independently if I'd wanted. Excellent value-for-money ratio.

Although Prati is a great area, the suite's location was slightly more peripheral than I would have liked (though I was travelling for business).

The localization was quite good, close to the Vatican City, metro station and bus stop.

We recieved an apartment in the basement, not so much light and it was cold in the night, the thermostat didn’t work. There was not cleaning service and towells changing (ours were still wet because it was hard to dry them). The shower cabin’s doors were broken and replaced by plastic curtain. Moreover, some machine was ticking in the night and we didnt sleep well. And if somebody from the apartment above was taking a shower, the sound of splash was really loud, in the night we thought it comes from our bathroom.
