My Home Apart

Recently renovated. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Nice pool. Great restaurant nearby. Friendly staff . I have a very fussy friend who couldn't even fault it.

Perfect location, lovely staff especially on reception, clean rooms, great pool, food and drinks

Cleaners sometimes cleaned the room too late when we wanted to get ready for dinner. Ideally rooms should be cleaned by 4pm and not after this time. We were not allowed drinking water by the pool so had to go to the lobby every time we wanted to drink. I understand prohibiting other food and drink and for this to be bought from the bar but water should be allowed! It is a necessity!

We had ten wonderful days at My Home Apart and enjoyed staying there very much! Excellent und friendly service from everyone working there and a perfect job from the cleaning ladies. Great room with a functional kitchen, comfy beds, lovely walk- in (rain)shower, a good size balcony and a great pool. We will definitely come back next year!!

It was possible to hear the neighbours speaking through the wall, but that didn’t disturb us much.

Response to messages slow/non existence .. (eg check in message only responded to on check out ) Whilst nice touch with welcome fruit but half of it is rotten and one even have a bite mark.. experience let down by stinginess eg no washing up liquid no cloths to wash dishes, one small sample shower gel for 3 people for 2 nights.. (good job I bought my own) Whilst they say it’s optional the room was super stuffy and boiling hot so have to pay 6 euros for air con (in the bedroom) per night and 4 euros for fan (in the living room) per night (the one provided was broke and stopped working and we had to carry it back down to reception to swap for another from the restaurant.. ) .. it just lacks common sense and feel inhospitable and ruins the holiday feel /experience
