A very small thing about the bathroom. Bathroom lights would turn on and off automatically when one opens the door and it had no switch. Would have preferred a switch to turn off by ourselves, especially if one showers and another person is sleeping on the bed.

A stylish hotel with a good spa, outstanding staff, and clear ambitions for a 4-star level. Solid 9/10.

Everything starts with the staff - from the very first minute they were excellent, polite, and very attentive. The hotel itself looks modern, especially compared to other hotels and buildings in the area. The interior design, the variety of saunas in the spa area, as well as the restaurant and bar, will definitely appeal to those who appreciate quality relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of this in a 3-star hotel. In many aspects, it feels closer to a 4-star property. Some minor drawbacks probably explain why it is still rated as 3*, but it clearly aims higher.

Considering the hotel is 3*, there was nothing that truly disappointed me. However, the breakfast could be a bit more diverse. The spa offers a great selection of saunas, but it lacks a swimming pool where you could properly swim between sauna sessions. The room is modern and stylish, but quite small, especially the bathroom area. In winter, the road leading up to the hotel is very narrow. This time it was fine since we had an all-wheel-drive sports limousine, but with a front-wheel-drive car or a large SUV, access could be challenging.

beautiful mountain resort with nice rooms, spa and views. the foods were great too.

it‘s ski in and ski out hotel, but didn’t have any snow, so we stayed the entire week without being able to ski directly, and had to drive 40min to another mountain. when it started snowing, it was hard to drive up and drive down as it was too slippery and the car almost fell down the clip.

We were surprised to be upgraded from the Lodge due to renovations. The Resort was amazing! Very friendly team, awesome spa and great rooms. Loved our stay!

very good location and comfortable rooms very comfortable spa good quality food

totally down-sized in comparison to the previous operators. absolutely no hospitality, very limited opening hours of the reception, standard breakfast with out eggs road to the hotel was not cleared (it did not snow during or shortly before our stay). We could not drive up to the hotel and had to rely on the limited shuttle service. restaurant is good, but over-priced no good value for money, over-prized

Amazing place for a quiet and relaxing time in the mountains

Great find! Beautiful hotel in pretty yet quiet village. The hotel is newly renovated and has a nice restaurant, also with good vegan and vegetarian options, and also a small spa. The views are breathtaking. Come here to relax and unwind, we slept really well: the rooms are quiet and the bed very comfortable. We felt well taken care of by the staff.

We overall enjoyed the hotel restaurant (be aware that there are not many other food options in the area). Breakfast selection is OK but not amazing. Also once or twice there were glitches with the meals (don't order the Alpina bowl, very disappointing) and sometimes service and food service was very slow. However, the staff was very welcoming and attentive and managed the situation well

Dinner was a painful experience. Had to wait for 1.5 hrs for our food the first evening we ate there and 2.5 hrs for our main course the second evening. The staff tried to do their best but they are not trained waiters and there are too few of them for the tables served.

Quiet, and comfortable bed, and very close to the ski lift. Old Resort but has a clean and modern style 😍

The dinner was very disappointing - the asian dish was served as a soup (very liquidy) with a few mushrooms and 3 pieces of floating chicken, with a side of rice (dessert was great though), and the bar area did not live up to its potential. Whirlpool out of order 😖
