    Very convenient to get to or leaving from both Haneda or Narita. Everything is clean, laundromat is in the building and there are 12 machines. It is right next to Skytree and Solamachi shopping mall (which gives you all brands & options people buy home as souvenirs, less crowd compared to Shinjuku) & 1 big Life supermarket. 1km from Sensoji Temple / Asakusa area. However, it might not be ideal for first-timer if they want to visit Shinjuku/Shibuya, it is quite far from there.

    Location its very Amazing near from supermarket have a lot of foods, solamachi mall, matsuya, kura and other, near closely from Metro Oshiage Station, surrounding its perfect, Staff its very helpfull and so kind, the room so clean, all of Perfect

    Room is what I expected. Average size for Tokyo. Disappointed that the breakfast was totally western. However, the selection was very good. Be aware that there is no taxi pullover space in front of the hotel. My taxi did a illegal drop off on the street. However, if you ever need a taxi there's always cabs waiting across the street fronting the Skytree. I can't say enough about the location.

    -Location, next to metro, accessible to NRT and Haneda which is quite good, but it’s quite far from the city centre -There is a supermarket next to the hotel opens till 12am, bread/ sushi/ comfort food are sold out in late evening, apart from sky tree there is almost nothing else to see - view: though we don’t get the view of sky tree, the view is quite good overlooking the city. - size of room: is relatively small, okay it’s not the smallest but for this location and price it’s quite small, bed is only a small double - amenities: hotel provides reusable slippers. It would be better to have the disposable one - cleaniness : not good, stain on the chair, hair on pillow, bugs in carpet, moldly hair dryer with a lot of dust, very gross. The kettle looks really old - room maintenance: cracks on the frame of drawing on the wall To sum up, the location is quite good despite it’s a bit far from city centre I would suggest the hotel to pay attention to cleaning and maintenance of the room
