Welcome to Sundown Villa, a lovely 5 bedroom villa located just a short 2 minute walk from Mullins Bay Beach in Barbados, and represented by Exceptional Villas, the top-ranked luxury villa rental company in the world as supported by Trustpilot reviews. The location is superb as you are within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches on the island. Here you can enjoy a casual lunch at Sea Shed Restaurant and there are plenty of water sports available.
The villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden and features a charming outdoor terrace and pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. There is also a lovely outdoor Gazebo with dining table where you have alfresco bbq’s with family and friends. In addition there is a hammock where you can sit and relax while reading a book.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms; three of the bedrooms offer delightful views of Mullins Beach. Its good to know that the fourth bedroom is positioned in the "basement" though not underground. It's a queen room and can be best suited to teens. The villa also features an outdoor shower and barbeque grill.

Sundown worked so well for us! It really is so close to the beach yet we had the privacy of this lovely home to retreat to. The bedrooms are all so spacious and we loved the seaviews. The staff took great care of us & we loved Ms. Wills cooking. The grandkids had an absolute ball in the swimming pool.
