Location
Beautiful view and gardens
Delicious food
Vineyard cottage seems neglected. Clean yet torn bedding (holes in sheet and pillow case); duvet way too big for the cover - like a double bed duvet trying to fit into a smaller bedsize's cover; light bulbs out; door locks getting stuck - difficult to open & close.
Stale smell in the cottage - like it stood closed for a long time. Even if it did it should be opened and aired before new guests arrived. For the price we paid I'd expected a lot more.
