Antica Masseria Pescu

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Een prachtige masseria, heerlijk schoon zwembad met mooi uitzicht. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt heel goed en kamer is ruim, schoon en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Met de auto kan je naar het strand (minstens 10 min rijden) en veel restaurants en een supermarkt met de auto te bereiken in de buurt.

Je hebt wel een auto nodig als je hier verblijft, wij hadden dit dus voor ons was dit geen probleem

This property is beautiful - the apartment was spacious and had a very large bathroom/shower. The property is quiet and only a short drive to the ocean. The infinity pool was beautiful. I would recommend this property for adults that are looking for a very quiet, relaxing vacation. However, realize that the beach is about 15 minutes away.

There many rules about using the pool. The pool is closed for a few hours during the middle of the day (the hottest hours) and cannot be used, women must tie their hair up to enter the pool, sitting on the sides of the pool is not permitted, jumping and diving is not allowed and quiet enjoyment of the pool is strongly encouraged by staff. While these rules may not seem overly restrictive, it is nearly impossible for younger kids to enjoy the pool with such rules. My sons (7 and 10) are not rowdy kids, but they found it difficult to enjoy the pool with such restrictions and staff constantly watching them. For these reasons, I think this property is better suited for adults. Additionally, the property does not offer breakfast, which is contrary to the information in the listing. There is no restaurant on site and therefore no dinner option (the apartment is equipped with a kitchen so homemade meals are possible). The property is quiet, well-kept and serene, but I would not recommend it for families with younger kids. Teens may be able to deal with all the rules, but kids under 10 won't enjoy it.
