Close to everything, nice view, and a lovely team.

The position is in the city centre but at the same time in a quite place that is very worthed. The room was always very clean, they were spending time and particular care to it the kitchen available for the guests had all appliances you might need. I would really recommend it!

Nothing.. maybe there is not a private parking but it is not possibile there, however we found a very close parking and we didn't have test problem..

We had a wonderful stay at Avlonitis Rooms and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Parga. The location is excellent, right next to Krioneri Beach, and the biggest highlight for us was undoubtedly the view from the balcony. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view over the sea and the beach was one of the best parts of our stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, it had everything we needed and even more. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the room was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi also worked flawlessly, which was a nice bonus.

There are a few things worth mentioning. There is no private parking, but we knew this before booking. Parking in the area can be quite difficult, although this is really more of a general problem in Parga than something specific to the property. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower in particular is very tight with the curtains, probably the smallest shower we have encountered. Also, because the property is located on the main street, there is traffic and street noise in the evening and at night. That said, these were minor drawbacks for us and did not affect our stay.
