The location of the apartment is excellent — right in the heart of Salerno city centre, with plenty of bus options nearby.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the shower was large and modern.
The host was fantastic! I made a mistake when booking the second apartment, but she kindly managed to accommodate us in another one within the same building. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay, and the cleaners were also very polite and helpful.
Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Location and size of the apartment.
Initially AC power was shutoff. Took some time to figure that out. Host was super friendly and arrived at the apartment to look into the AC issue promptly.

Breakfast items provided were sufficient.
Broken Light bulb and AC not working initially. The power was shutoff. The host came out to help us with that. Other than that really great place to stay in Salerno.

Small kitchenette where I could cook full meals. Pet friendly.
Memory foam mattress. Awful. Destroyed my back. They do the laundry in the hall outside the rooms and there is a lot of dampness. I got an asthma attack every afternoon and lived on prednisone.
They charge a cleaning fee and promise cleaning every 3, yes 3 days but the cleaner would ask IF I needed anything and act put out if I did.
The location is impossible due to a steep climb up the streer and 30 steps onside.
