Caroline and Andy such nice people, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. My room overlooked the sea and was comfortable with en suite and very clean. The whole property is well decorated and nice to be in, Highly recommend this property to any visitors to Lowestoft good - price very reasonable for such a good place,

Everything clean and comfortable, good location and owners were lovely.
Only street parking available and. Due to nearby events we were unable to park nearby when we arrived. This was ok from second day when event had finished.

Caroline was a wonderful, warm friendly host who always had a beaming smile. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was always interested in how you had spent your days and was keen to make sure that you were enjoying your stay. Although we didn’t see so much of Andy, breakfast, which he cooked, was substantial and a delight We had a lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
