muito boa, apto limpo todo equipado tudo funcionando, localização perfeita, fez de nossas ferias maravilhosa condominio ótimo com garagem, elevador, pisciba, churrasqueira e perto de tudo

Ótima localização, vista panorâmica parcial a orla de jatiúca, O bem imóvel está de parabéns pela cozinha completa, apt° limpo, área de lazer completa, acessibilidade restrita aos ocupantes do condomínio JTR a praia, todos os porteiros do edifício são bastante educados. Quantos aos pontos negativos; sugiro que providencie apenas o sistema de arrefecimento nos elevadores, principalmente no Elev/Social.
