Extremamente bem localizado! Bem na divisa entre duas praias maravilhosas. Comercio, restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados, tudo de muito fácil acesso. Foram 10 dias e fiz tudo a pé! Peguei Uber apenas pra me deslocar pra pontos turístico mais distantes. A estrutura do condomínio é excelente, fiquei encantada! Muito próximo à praia, muito seguro. Amei Maceió, amei a estadia. Nenhuma intercorrência. O fato de poder fazer o check-in de madrugada também é um ponto muito importante pra quem chega de voos noturnos. Ter máquina de lavar também foi um grande diferencial. Gostamos muito! Fomos muito felizes nesse apto!
A limpeza poderia ter sido um pouquinho mais caprichada. Os vidros e espelhos estavam sujos e quando abrimos o apto, o cheiro não estava agradável. Sugiro passar algum produto cheiroso durante a limpeza, pra que quando a gente abra a porta, a primeira impressão seja de um ambiente acolhedor e limpo. Como ficamos 10 dias, sentimos falta de ter mais sacos de lixo pra fazermos as trocas das lixeiras e mais papel higiênico disponível também, só tinha 1 rolo e tivemos que comprar outro.
