Queens Hotel Angeles City

Great staff, nice upscale hotel for a good price. Good amenities, great restaurant, and clean.

Only issue was some minor renovations going on woke me up a few times in the morning. But I can't really hold that against them, renovations are essential for maintaining a solid business. I'm sure they will be done soon.

It is sooo very peaceful and clean - great food and waitresses are great

There is construction going on and even though the room was great every afternoon there was loud noises and sound. There was a discount for the room only for July but I booked far in advance so I was not eligible for it but things did go ok.

The pool area was brilliant, and the staff were really nice. Rooms are starting to see it's age but in general it's well kept and good enough.

The internet in the hotel was dreadful, and didn't work one single day of my stay. It may be working great on other days and I was just unlucky, but please note for anyone who has a remote job. The staff said it was due to the recent building collapse, but my friend said he had the same problem in February but I don't know either way. This combined by the not so great mobile internet in Angeles made me basically unable to do any of my remote work for the entire stay which was frustrating. It was also construction work from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not really an issue, except that they started making noise two of the days at 8 AM and I also didn't see anything about this when I booked my room but maybe I missed something.
