Przepiękny widok na okolice, przestronny ogród, czysty basen. Pokój przestronny, ale ciemny, bo zbyt mało okien. Wyjątkowo ciekawe okoliczne miasteczko Gubbio.
Nie było wystarczająco czysto, zbyt ciemno w pokoju. Na zdjęciach wyglądało że w sypialni jest dużo okno, a rzeczywistość była inna. Meble w domu stare, część wymagająca wymiany. Meble ogrodowe mocno zużyte, nie zachęcały do siadania. Wyposażenie kuchni dość podstawowe.

La tranquillità .. il giardino... tutto veramente bello... peccato la pioggia . La signora che ci ha accolto super gentile
Mancavano piccole accortezze... le dotazioni della cucina lasciavano un po' a desiderare... non abbiamo trovato uno strofinaccio e nemmeno lo scottex... però il resto ottimo
