Property needs updating to make it comfortable

Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely view and great location. Very clean throughout. Property manager very helpful and quick to respond.

Really cold house. House definitely needs updating. Windows and doors extremely draughty. Had to top up electricity card. Not a fan of this at all. When you stay in a property, you would expect not to have to pay for electricity as well. I have never come across this before. This house definitely needs updating to make it cosy and comfortable. It is a pity as the location is super.

Family wedding in Kilorglin

3 big bedrooms Good beds. 3 big ensuite bathrooms plus a toilet/ wash room downstairs. Terrace with view over the river Well equipped kitchen..and dining room Good washer/dryer

Lovely apartment but heating and electricity costs need reviewed

Nice apartment overlooking scenic river. 3 ensuite rooms. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Car parking. Good staff support from Deirdre

It was freezing for 24 hrs but by day 2-3 it was warmed up, not acceptable in Dec/Jan. we paid 120 euro to top up electric for heating in 4 days. That is extortionate, our family home would be heated for 1 month for that amount. Windows and doors draughty, many need resealed or replaced. You should offer customers the option of preheating the apartments prior to arrival. We had a sick asthmatic child who was triggered by the cold air in rooms.

Lacking Character

Not at all homey, just very uninteresting.. lacked hospitality although the property manager was lovely. Pay extra for everything.

a great house in a good position to see a lot of the area.

the property was very spacious, well appointed and had a en suite bathroom in each bedroom. the view over the river from the balcony.

the walk to the town was on a road with no pavement. paying for electricity was a trip to a shop a mile away.

the location was perfect. vastly exceeded my expectations at the age of 73 I have visited a lot of places in a lot of countries I was pleasantly surprised that videos /photos did not do justice to the perfect setting of the holiday home.one of the reasons for going was to look at what it would be like to live in Killorglin in Autumn /winter as I intend to return to live in Killorglin in next couple of years once my dependent children are sorted .Living beside a fast flowing river is so relaxing with only 10 minutes walk to centre of town with 3 large supermarkets 20 pubs and 20 restaurants bus connections to Killarney and Tralee was great for us .We do do not drive so everything was ideal .Kristina our host was friendly bubbly I already knew this area of Kerry very well as my parents both came from 12 km away but she was very helpful

the times of flights from Luton to Kerry were not convenient as going both ways they were in late afternoon but we were restricted because we don't drive but other destinations there are more early or late flights but this is not in the control of property provider.
