It was a perfect stay to see shows, Notre dame & the Eiffel Tower.

The location was perfect, only 3 miles from the centre of Paris, which was walkable. The reception staff were excellent, professional, courteous & would go above & beyond to help you. The staff decorated our room for my partners birthday, it was amazing. The room was excellent with a queen size bed & a single bed also & was very quiet. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel & I would (without any hesitation) return.

Great location near Momarte, decent size room, good value, very clean.

Good hotel at a really good location, very helpful staff. Very clean. The room was a decent size considering it is in the center of Paris. Comfortable beds, good and clean bathroom. Good working wifi.

The shower tap was a bit temperamental, with the slightest move it would go from freezing cold to burning hot. I ended up burning my face a couple of times trying to adjust the temp.

Convenient location and has all you need for a short stay

We stayed in November 2025. The hotel had a little elevator (fits one person and a medium to large sized luggage) which made it much easier with luggage. Staff were friendly, attentive and hospitable. We had the fire alarm go off at 3AM but was quickly taken care of. Close to a couple of metro stations (within 10-min walk) which are on the main line, taking you to central locations in Paris in less than 30 minutes.

Located next to a bar so on occasions we had the room window open, cigarette smoke would drift in.

Location was perfect. Close to metro which goes to multiple line access, bus stop and groceries. You can also walk to some main attractions and lots of good restaurants and boulangerie and shops around the area. Also place is clean and comfortable.

I asked for a little bit more heat for the cold and the staff helped me at once . A great stay ,I would definitely stay there again

Small well decorated rooms in a convenient location.

Rooms are clean and decorated with style. The location is convenient and the street quiet. The staff are welcoming.

The rooms are well designed but they are tiny. It bugged me a little that the hotel charged the first night in advance as guarantee but then insisted on charging again the full number of nights on arrival, to only release payment later. Never seen that done with a Booking.com reservation and I travel a lot. Unnecessarily blocks a credit amount for people travelling for long periods. The walls are paper thin and there are a lot of rooms per floor. There was not issues when I stayed there but if someone stayed up talking late, the whole floor would be kept awake.

Extremely unsafe and discriminatory; I had to leave immediately due to harassment and false accusat

Horrible and discriminatory experience. I felt completely unsafe in this property. The manager recorded me on camera without my consent, sent me threatening messages, and even falsely accused me of prostitution simply because I am a transgender woman. This behavior was abusive, transphobic, and completely unacceptable. I had to leave the property urgently out of fear for my safety. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone — especially women, LGBTQIA+ people, or anyone who values a respectful and safe environment.

Excellent, peaceful and very relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The interaction with the staff and their help was great. The room was also clean and conducive and the WIFI worked quite well.

Perfect base for a stay in Paris

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Also great AC. Found to easy to get to all my tourist activities and back to Gare de L’Est when I was leaving, only about a 15 minute walk downhill.

Fairly noisy hearing people come and go from their rooms. I woke up at midnight one of the nights, because it sounded like someone was trying to enter my room, but it was just the adjacent door.

The receptioist was excellent when we arrived and check out!

I asked for the restraint recommendation near the hotel to the night shift staff but he didn’t know. Actually, there were a lot of excellent restaurants around this hotel! He should knew it! He suggesting us going to centre to get nice restaurants…

Super comfortable and brilliant location for the price!

Lovely comfortable bed, air conditioning very welcome in hot weather. Staff polite and helpful, wonderful location very close to Rue de Martyrs which was probably our favourite street. Lovely local cafes, restaurants, patisseries etc. Overall ticked all the boxes.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Paris

Such a lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood - walking distance to the beautiful Montmartre and close access to the metro. The room was really comfy and nicely cooled down with AC (that u can control), which was perfect for our summer stay. The staff was very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Will return again on my next visit to Paris!

Very Good

I was travelling for work and stayed for one nigh at this hotel , location is great not so far from Gare De L'Est and 20 min enjoyable walk to the OPERA . Also cosy restaurants around. Tiny but Nice and clean room , good facilities .

I would probably recommend to improve breakfast options at this hotel .

Reasonably priced hotel in a beautiful but overpriced city (regarding hotel prices), nice staff

Beautiful city with lots of culture and offerings, this one is one of the better ones in terms of value for money, but still overpriced compared to most other cities, the rooms vary quite a bit in quality, I spent a few days again after a week and the room was significantly better, I will leave a better separate review for that one.

The entire city is beautiful but the hotels are way overpriced, this hotel is only moderately overpriced, in addition the room was subpar compared to the other room I got a week later

Decent hotel in a nice neighborhood, but a bit pricey for the small room & bathroom setup.

The location was pretty good. Very walkable. Nice neighborhood.

The rooms were very small and dated. The TV was ancient. The AC unit didn't put out much cold air. The bathroom was so small, like a cruise ship. I also didn't like the notion that when checking in early, before the designated 3pm time, though the room is ready, you can't have it until 3pm unless you pay for "early check-in" right there on the spot. 30 euros extra. Total rip off.

Convenient location of the hotel. The main attractions are within walking distance. Very close to the Basilica Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge, Opera Garnier. There are many restaurants nearby. helpful staff…cozy and clean hotel.

Clean, central hotel

Very central location and close to public transport. The cleaning services were very professional as every day the room is cleaned spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, spoke english, bar next to the hotel is nice. Recommended as a short stay in Paris.

The roof was slanted in our room which made only half of the space usable, we were not notified beforehand. No space in the bathroom to put things (table/shelf), also the bathroom door kept opening and was very thin (it's a sliding door). At night there were lots of dripping sounds and the pipes were clanking. Also the AC would not cool properly.

Superb

Sana at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My Room was very clean and the size was good enough for a single traveller. Shower was small but if you are small like me (160) it's not really a problem and the water pressure was great. I Had the continental breakfast (buffet) in the morning for an extra €10-12 and it was perfect! (Fruit, cereal, croissant, pain au chocolate, crepes, coffee, cheese, etc) Location was great 5-10 mins walking to different metro & train stations. Eiffel Tower was 10-15 mins by metro (Bir-hakeim to Anvers). Definitely worth the money. Would recommend and stay again :)

while only 6 days into our Europe trip I had a fall at sac le cur and broke my foot the staff immediately on our return got ice coffee and food I couldn’t move out of motel for 3 days thank hoD for the lift when we were leaving is all I can say. they were Alonso wonderful please pass on our gratitude

they took money from my account and didn’t return 400 euro !!!!!! they were rude and hotel is dirty and service is so bad ,when I had problem they didn’t even try to solve it they was so rude!!!!!
