La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, muy cerca de lugares de conveniencia, restaurantes y transporte, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la zona caminando. El tamaño del espacio es amplio y cómodo; es una excelente opción para grupos grandes, ya que hay suficiente espacio para todos sin sentirse apretados. Además, a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida, por las noches el descanso es bueno y no se percibe mucho ruido externo.
En algunas ocasiones se percibía un olor extraño proveniente del baño y el aire acondicionado hace algo de ruido durante la noche. Sin embargo, no es un problema constante ni algo que afecte significativamente la estadía. También, los baños pueden resultar un poco justos para personas de estatura media-alta (alrededor de 1.75 m o más).
