Excelente ubicación

Todo es autoservicio. No es necesario tener que sacar la basura y dejar las toallas organizadas al hacer el check out. A veces el reconocimiento facial para ingresar no funcionaba. Hubiera sido excelente que dentro del apartamento en la sala tuviera un ventilador para días calurosos

Ubicación y atención muy buena

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, y el apartamento era muy amplio.

No te daban casi nada es decir te ponen el papel higiénico y cuando se acaba lo tienes que comprar tú, tampoco hay bolsas de basura la que está puesta y punto, no hay trapos de cocina , ni balletas ni servilletas. Nos tocó un apartamento sin ventanas en ninguna habitación , por lo tanto no se podía ventilar además daba con el jacuzzi y hacía mucho ruido.

The staff was very nice, There is free coffee, hot chocolate machine on lobby floor. The bed was comfortable.

There were nany thin⁶thyr5ttt5t55tt55vgs missing. 1. No dryer 2. Kitchen had no salt, pepper, paper towels. 3. No tongs, no scissors. 4. No skillet except a tiny one. 5. No hand soap 6. Lacks electric outlets by beds snd desk. Zero. Safety: 1. Balcony door self locks, locking an unsuspecting person out with no.alternative but to yell at anyone in the street for help. Balcony backs onto common area window. Not large enough to put chair on. 2. No grab bars in shower. Ckeanliness: 1. Floors very dirty. I adked them to be cleaned. They did, but I think only in the living area, because I had to wear socks to keep my feet from turning black. Ruined the socks. 2. Towels left wete wasged, but stained with dirt. Probably from someone wiping their dirt feet on it. 3. Sheets clean but dingy. Definitely needs improvement on washimg tecniques. 4. An abundance (22).decorative pillows. Somethimg no hotel should use because they are not cleaned between guests 5. Bedoreads same. Obviously not cleaned between guests. Of a special care fabric. The kitchens and bathrooms were clean. No hand soap by the sinks. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towrls provided. No wash cloths. Kitchen had 1 small microfiber towel and 1 sponge. There was a a mop and a broom but zero cleanng supplies. Location: Located on a residential.street. Not walking distance to the central part of Laueles where all the major restaurants are. Not walking distance to major supermarkets. Walking distance to one small supermarket with limited items. And, thr bedtooms and bathrooms have zero windows and no exhaust fans. Overall, it was tolerable snd not very expensive. We were 2 people in a very small 2 bedroom. Two people could not walk past each other in the bedroom. Okay for a short stay. A very cramped space. Decor cute but low quality
