Location was great. Apartment was in need of some TLC.

Location was great.

Apartment was in need of some TLC. Shabby and cheap furniture, lock box wouldn't open, and fan above the cooktop didn't work. TV cable needed replacing which occurred when we were able to get in touch with Michael via WhatsApp. No emails were returned. Finally, unable to get in when we arrived. New code had to be sent.

The location of the property was the main draw for us, and it didn't disappoint. The elevator was a big plus, and it's perfect for large groups.

Some bathrooms are not well-maintained, which can be a problem for guests. For instance, the toilets and toilet seats are stained, and the shower area leaks water onto the floor when you wash your hair. This can make the bathroom floor very wet. Furthermore, toilet paper is hard to come by, and some plates in the cupboard are broken. It would be helpful to have daily trash pickup. The walls are also quite thin, and we've had issues with noise complaints from other guests.

Good location, fair for the price

The location was great, we explored everything without needing a car. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two children.

It wasn’t clean enough, especially the toilet and bathroom. Towels and shampoo were missing, but they brought them the next day after we asked. The air conditioner was confusing to use, and we had trouble getting it to work. They strictly don’t allow check-in before 3 PM — I had to wait outside with my kids for half an hour. Overall, considering the price, the location is good, and it’s acceptable for a short 1–2 night stay.

Great neighborhood and spacious apartment with everything we needed.

The location. The neighbourhood Monti is brilliant and v central. We felt very safe an everything we needed was close by.

The privacy at the windows was none existent which meant we had to have the curtains closed and it was dark during the daytime. The bed in the main bedroom was very noisy and kept us awake.

It was v disappointing as Urband promised to call us and never did. Awful Communication.

Great location

There were unwashed cups in the cupboard and broken and chipped glasses. The flusher was broken on the toilet. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for a 3 night stay. The communication was extremely poor and the story kept changing in relation to the Air Conditioning. Please note there is not a working Air Conditioning system in the apartment.

Great location and friendly staff

The inside of the property is a bit tired with worn fixtures and the most basic, uncomfortable furniture. Utensils, glasses etc were all inconsistent and the supplied towels clearly past their usefulness. Internet was also very slow.

Since the property is airbnb style accommodation, it is impossible to leave your packs before check-in and after check-out. For me it was very unpleasant. my return ticket was late of the day, I paid 30€ for the luggage storage services outside.

Nice building , have all the appliances , have a nice small garden area.

Ground floor. Sofa bed broken , hard to sleep on it ,better replace it. Need to go completly out of the building for smoking, it is not allowed to smoke in the garden open space. Staff unproffessional.The appartment is small and not very ventilated.

It was terrible! We rented two "luxury" rooms that were anything but luxurious. Terrible choice.

One of our two units was next to a busy street. Since the air conditioning didn't work, we had to leave the windows open for ventilation which let in the street noise. One of our units lost electricity for an entire day. The hair dryer didn't work. The toilet flushing mechanism was broken. The tub had mold inside and along the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain. We could not reach the property manager to discuss these issues. I had to replace the batteries in the TV remote control. The hand rail leading from the front door to the living room was unsafe and broken.

Location is very good. The garden inside the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The kitchen inside the room with all equipment. Really comfortable mattress on the bеd.

Too much mold in the shower. Huge display windows on the first floor do not allow you to move the curtains. Аdditional charge for late check-in. Сoncierge who did not respond to messages.

A pleasant stay as usual but on the cold side!

The stay was overall a pleasant one, just like usual. This was our 6th stay in these comfortable apartments which are clean, well kept and in a nice, quite building. Small, well stocked supermarket literally across the road. Very good bus connections. Allowed in flat upon arrival, even though before official check-in time. Easy to communicate with staff via phone or WhatsApp.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were shown into a different apartment from the one booked but this was sorted out within ten minutes. On two days in the weekend when the average temperature in Rome was 9 C there was no hot water available in all the apartment. This was due to a failure in the whole block not just the apartment. Remedied on the following Monday. Overall a good experience.

It’s advertised as Luxury but in real fact is not. the place was highly expensive and no value or quality for the money.

the property manager was unavailable, the contact number given for support was switched off during the entire stay, I tried to call and text as I need it assistance but no answer. on my last day I managed to see the administrator on the stairs who provided support but it was too late. He was kind and polite the bed was extremely uncomfortable, iron bed mattress slightly smaller then the bed therefore in and out of bed is easy to bang your legs if no careful. there were no breakfast bowls available the bathroom required some refurbishment

Needed to change the dates I was in Rome, sent the property messages well in advance and didn't get a reply, called and was told that they would look into it, which they still haven't. Had to make a complaint to booking to try and get my money back. Also, the apartment smelled faintly of mildew.

Via Urbana 152 ❤️

Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It was our second time at 152 Green Luxury Appartments! The first time we had the studio and this time the one bedroom appartment. Would definatelly choose to stay there again. Very spacious flat, hardwood floors and with all the amenities (walk in wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer)

Street facing room on ground level, which is not my personal favorite. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and I wasnt in love with the toilet flash.

Very nice apartment close to metro and city sites. Lovely complex nice and quiet. Fully air conditioned and free Wi-Fi. Lots of appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker and oven). All very well looked after. Well serviced appartment.

On entrance into the courtyard we were met by a lovely garden with modern apartments facing the courtyard. The apartment had everything we required with our host showing us around

Nice location and clean appartment but unfriendly and suspicious host

nice and clean

Host did not speak english and looked irritated that we delay, although we had a train failure and we did inform him on time. The host sneaked in our rooms without our consent and locked the balcony door. When i contacted him via Booking messages, he was not responsive and he only replied 2 times with 1-2 words. I asked for help with Taxi booking via messages an d he totally ignored me. We are irritated that he senaked in our room without our consent.
