- Perfect location (close to everything, including the metro/tram station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) - Beautiful view from the penthouse - Spacious - Friendly staff

- A bit dirty - Noise from the hallway and the restaurant on the roof (our bed was close to the door)

The services was excellent! They checked daily to see if they could do more to make our stay the best it could be. And the location was perfect for traveling the city and the sites.

Our bathroom tiles were dirty.

Location is great, everything is 10/10, staff is super friendly and helpful, thanks to ugur for all the help and serving us complimentary breakfast on our last day

Staff was helpfull and friendly, great location near to tramstation and restaurants. Good and soft beds.

The room didn’t look anything like the pictures at all. We booked “special category” room but got a very old, tiny and dark room. Where one “window” was an exit door that was blocked and consealed with the curtain. There was a cold air coming through that exit door gaps. And very bad insulation too, the cats outside woke me up. Next to that we had a broken toilet seat and a closet we could almost not use because the doors were stuck. Hairdryer only worked for 5minutes and then you had to wait 15min to use it again because of overheating..
