Beautiful quaint old building. Lovely staff. Nice breakfast.
Booked a suite with a balcony. Balcony was so small it was impossible to sit out on. Room & lounge were musty which made all of our clothes smell terrible.
No bar facilities in the hotel only a breakfast room. Hotel is on a very busy street. Our room looked directly into somebody’s apartment which was really impersonal.

Breakfast staff very good as was the choice of breakfast. Location was very good.
Lack of presents of reception staff. Was asked what time we would arrive but no staff available. Was taken to the car park with one of the maids who didn't speak any English, luck would have it we spoke some Spanish. When we got back to the hotel there was someone on reception. Booking in was good. After that really didn't see reception staff. Breakfast tables far to small.
