You'll love this large luxury home with AIR CONDITIONING, HOT TUB in a quiet neighborhood & close to everything you love to do at Lake Tahoe. 6mi. from the Villsge @ Northstar! About 2mi. to some great Lake Tahoe Beaches! There's some great hiking nearby (5 min walk from our house to Lookout Trailhead).
You'll appreciate the luxury finishes offered in this custom home. There’s a nice deck off the living room with a flame coffee table & 4 chairs for outdoor enjoyment . WiFi & Smart TVs. The large master suite has a Stand Up Shower & Soaking Tub.
You’ll climb the covered exterior stairs to the front door. On this top level is the great room with a new blue sectional sofa & swivel chair, flat screen cable tv plus a gas fireplace (no firewood needed) & brand new wood flooring. The large kitchen features granite counters, a breakfast bar with 4 barstools and a large slab dining table. The Master Bedroom is also on this top level with a large master bathroom including large soaking tub & stand up shower. There’s also a 1/2 bath on this level.
Just off the great room is a deck with electric BBQ and a cozy seating area with propane flame powered coffee table to take off the evening chill.
On the downstairs level is 2 more bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV. The other bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin (single) bed. There’s also a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Washer & Dryer in the house.
The garage is available for storing equipment you may bring but the garage is not available for parking vehicles.

THIS HOUSE HAS STAIRS! There is a full flight of stairs on the exterior of the house that leads to the front door that’s covered by a roof. Once inside, there is a half flight of stairs to reach the top living area (kitchen / living / dining / master bedroom). From the front door, there’s also a half flight of stairs down to the bottom level where 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bathroom are located. We do NOT provide safety gates for the stairs so please evaluate if this house is suitable for young children and those with mobility issues.
NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC:
We’re located in a quiet neighborhood and most of our neighbors are full time residents who don’t appreciate excessive noise. Basically, if the noise can be heard past our property line, it’s a problem, especially after 9pm.
GARAGE:
The garage is available for storage of your skis, snowboards and other toys. There’s also a ping pong table for your use that can be folded up or down.

This is a great VRBO cabin in Kings Beach. Spacious, secluded, and clean. This property backs up to trails so you can literally walk out the front door and be out hiking. Hot Tub is large and clean! All amenities were accurately described and accounted for. Great space for 4 adults. Craig and Mark were very easy to communicate with and even tried to let us check in earlier. All around great spot. Would love to come back!

We enjoyed our 3 day visit. The house was clean and in a great location. It's minutes from town and everything you need like shopping, restaurants, etc... Also snow play areas within minutes. The Jacuzzi tub was great for relaxing after a long day in the snow to warm up! Plenty of space for the whole family. We had 2 young boys and 2 teenager boys with us and they had their own rooms and space. We would definitely come back and stay here!

Great location. Felt private and no road or other noise could be heard. Close to Kings Beach so had easy access to everything. Inside was well appointment and clean. Had everything you could need. Hot tub is very large and great way to relax in the evening. Highly recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was clean and the layout fit our group perfect (2 couples and a small family of 3). The location is beautiful backing up to the Forrest. We enjoyed many walks around the neighborhood. We also loved sitting out on the deck!
