3 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, two TV’s/Bell Satellite, two story residence built into the cliff with wrap around decks. Step off your deck into the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets over looking the lake. With a tiered limestone garden with quaint built in driving range. Bring your own boat for great fishing, water skiing, tubing and other water sports. Beautiful water for swimming.
Only 100 meters from the The Trans Canada Trail, maintained year round. Great for hiking, running, cycling & skiing. 15 minutes from Frontenac Provincial Park.
2 minutes drive to the peaceful village of Sydenham, with it's quaint small town charm with Canada's oldest General Store. Only 20 minutes outside of historic Kingston and less than an hour to the scenic Thousand Islands and United States border. Local grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy and LCBO is just a 5 minute drive away.

A wonderful holiday. Cottage is uniquely decorated, reflecting the owner’s fascinating background (Olympian, artist, medical professional, handyman). Spiles, skateboards, skis (water and snow), fish hooks, all turned to practical and decorative pieces. Water could not be closer. Very well-equipped kitchen. A

We loved the decks and large dock overlooking the lake and spent many hours there. The kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Two living areas very comfortable. The decor and finishings throughout are eclectic and creative. We enjoyed looking at all the stuff around. Lake Sydenham was perfect for swimming; clean, clear and a lovely temperature. We would certainly go there again. The setting is just lovely.

Fantastic location right on the water. Excellent fishing, swimming and lounging on the wraparound decks and the dock. Everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Five stars!

Great location and views. Close to Frontenac Park, and Kingston. We spent lots of time at the dock watching the water and swimming in the lake.
Communication with the owners was great. They were proactive and responsive.
