Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners.

The house is exactly as advertised, plus very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. We were greeted with a personalized welcome note from the hosts and a lovely package of treats! The house is cozy and comfortable with everything we needed provided for us. It is also in a nice neighbourhood just a short walk from the vibrant Kingston downtown area. Thank you so much to our hosts for such a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed the place and the welcome gifts. Listing was accurate. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything you may need. Place was clean and that's what made the stay even more enjoyable.
Would I return, definitely. Hosts were very helpful and willing to assist if anything was requested. Great communication.

Easy parking, 25 minute walk to downtown and grocery store, clean and comfortable house… Kayla our host was immediately responsive in our communications with her, she was fantastic.
Would absolutely stay here again!
