Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Amazing!! We celebrated Christmas in this beautiful home, that accommodated six adults. The home is beautiful, with amazing art. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everyone slept so well. The living room was comfortable for our family to hang out. The kitchen was great for meal prep. The back terrace was lovely and serene. The fenced yard let our dog join us, and the neighborhood was great for walking. The location is absolutely perfect... GPS said 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this stunning home. We will come again!

The house was comfortable, had all the necessities, in a great, quiet neighborhood, and about ~ 20 minute walk to the Plaza. There's a master bedroom on the lower level, the stairs are very steep. The back yard is lovely and private, however, there's a fireplace, but not allowed to use. Property mgmt was prompt to reply. We would stay again.

This house has many advantages. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with queen. And 3 large full bathrooms, one of which is "spa" quality. Plenty of good quality sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. The house is clean; plenty of outside seating; good TVs. It is close enough to the plaza to easily walk, and you could even walk to Canyon Rd if you were ambitious. On the downsides: There is limited living space with one large living room, a kitchen with bar seating, and a utility room with a table. So no dedicated eating or work space. The outdoor area is large but there is no shade. There are no views of the mountains, either from the house or outside. And the staircase is treacherous, narrow, steep, and uneven. All in all, this was a comfortable stay.
