Location and the staff in the morning were great. The atmosphere in the bar was good.
Cold shower (that was harsh bearing in mind the freezing temperatures) and no heating in the bathroom. The person who checked us in didn’t seem to know anything about the rooms or the parking costs etc

Nothing. My wife has dementia and at 4pm she wanted to go home, so we didn't stop the night.
