This typical Provencal villa recently renovated with swimming pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning is ideally located in the center of Antibes. The villa enjoys a rare location and is located two minutes walk from the sea and pebble beaches, you can get there in a swimsuit!

This neo-Provencal family house offers you quality services to spend an unforgettable vacation. The contemporary and relaxing atmosphere as well as the exotic environment of palm and olive trees will seduce you.
It has a small, unheated, shallow swimming pool which is therefore very pleasant in summer, naturally heated by the sun, a 3-seater Jacuzzi, a pétanque court with the scent of Provence, a pool house offering everything you need to enjoy the days and evenings. : Summer lounge with a fish pond, relaxing corner with fountain and fire pit, dining area with parasols, barbecue and plancha…. Right in the center, a peaceful haven where you can enjoy the beauty of our region.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa has on the ground floor a large bright living room with double living room, current technology (large format TV, music, internet) a fully equipped contemporary open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (140 cm bed) , 1 shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs, you will find a master suite (160 cm bed), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
All rooms are air conditioned and have TV.
Private parking, reversible air conditioning, wood stove, outdoor fire pit, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pétanque pitch, automatic watering of the garden, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, linens and beds provided, safe , hair dryer, free WiFi… .. The villa is well served by public transport:
-Shuttle to the old town at the end of the dead end (journey time 5min)
-Shuttle at the end of the dead end for the bus station and SNCF train station (journey time 2 min).
-Buses to Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and Nice Aéroport ... are 2 minutes' walk from the property.
By the seaside, you can stroll to discover the famous Port of Antibes and the old town (10/15 min on foot).
The location is ideal on the French Riviera for many excursions in the region (The old town of Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Iles de Lerins, Nice, the Hinterland… Monaco and Italy)
Activities: Golf nearby, Thalasso, Casino and nightclub, Marineland Park are 5 minutes by car / bus or 10/15 min by foot.

This was a very good stay. Things we liked:
- Great host, was very attentive and active for checkin and checkout
- VERY clean and pristine home, nice and quite as advertized
- Nice decor; combination of modern and beach chic with lots of nice frills and fixtures. Example: floor vases in many rooms with flowers and other objects. This owner just cares a lot about look and feel
- Bright white modern kitchen with plenty of glasses and silverware. Appliances worked fine. Again, I felt this had much more than the bare minimum you get at many VRBO homes.
- Comfy beds with plenty of linens (again, all clean)
- Stocked fridge with water and basic
- White modern decor
- Cordless iPhone chargers in bedrooms were great
- TVs worked well, not always the case in VRBOs
- Bikes were functional and a nice touch
- Easy trip into town
- Beach ok for walking, but not the plush resort beach
- Pool and backyard were sunny and nice
- Good AC units in bedrooms
Things to know:
- The area is fine, and safe, but it's not in the "touristy" part of town. That's all relatively close, easy to bike walk or drive
- The house is on a tight little Street which can sometimes make it tricky to pull in and out of the gate where you park. Would have been tough with a minivan or larger vehicle. But there are spots on the street and in the area.
