We did not stay in the property because it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and it was filthy.

We are trying to get our booking refunded but the owner is accusing us for lying and claiming the property had been checked before our arrival. Apparently they have completely ignored the pictures we delivered them along with our complaint and refund request.

The equipment in the hut we hired is pretty weared out. During our stay the WC in one of the toilets broke, as well as electricity in the kitchenette and 1st floor bed room. This hut needs urgent renovation.

Location was ok.

We didn’t get the keys on time infact we had to wait more than two hours and it ruin our day and all the other arrangements. We booked the Villa for one night and if someone told us that the Villa is available only from 18.00 to 12.00 our family we would cancelled the hole trip to Himos. Suprise. We didn’t get any compensation or apologizes which was stunning.

Nice family stay in winter wonderland!

Location of the cottage is perfect, cross county skiing track is next to the cottage, same for Himos center and the piste.

only small improvement point was the fireplace (did not work) and shower curtain (was not well connected to walls and kept dropping)

Very close location to the ski the slopes, car parking right infront of the cottage.

We had to pay extra for bedding or alternatively had bring our own, which we weren't aware about when booking. Also the place was pretty dirty, stains on the coush and pillow/blankets.

Good cottage but could be better maintained

Great location nearby the ski resort and good sauna.

Extra fees for cleaning, bed linens and towels and these costs are not shown during booking. Place with spots full of dust and used coffee filter in the coffe machine. It's not fair to pay for the extra cleaning fee for the next guest and don't get the place properly cleaned. Window at the top floor don't properly shut and can't be locked and some blinds are broken off. Fireplace heater doesn't work, it turns off after few seconds. Cottage is good overall but could be better maintained.

I liked the good value for the money and i also liked the layout of the cottage, perfect for 5 friends wanting to go on a trip

it was difficult to time the key pickup when the reception gave out the keys at 4 and closed at 5

Very compact and clean cottage for 6-7 people. Sofa to relax Heating was good Sauna was good Walking distance to slopes Restaurant nearby

The beds were not comfortable wifi was slow only 2-3 person could take shower continuously due to not enough warm / hot water. Others had to wait a bit.

Ilmalämpöpumppu puuttui. Nyt pärjäsi aivan hyvin, kun oli viileä keli. Jos olisi ulkolämpötila + 25-30 nukkuminen ei onnistuisi. Tämän mökin voisin varata uudelleen ensi kesänä, jos tähän asennettaisiin ilmalämpöpumppu.
