Lokalizacja cudowna, obsługa bardzo pomocna i przesympatyczna. Trafiliśmy akurat na piątkowy koncert jazzowy, wspaniałe doświadczenie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i widać dbałość o szczegóły. Piękny klimat miejsca i byłam tu drugi raz - pierwsze wrażenie było wspaniałe teraz wracam natomiast rozczarowana.

Niestety mimo prośby w dniu rezerwacji o pokój w cichym miejscu, otrzymaliśmy pokój przy schodach gdzie na parterze do późnych godziny nocnych trwała impreza - uniemożliwiała ona sen, ponieważ w pokoju było bardzo głośno. Wyjaśnienia recepcji jakoś nie były dla mnie przekonujące stąd też nie do końca tego oczekiwałam po tym wyjeździe od takiego miejsca.

Klimat był wspaniały, obsługa bardzo miła, dostaliśmy lepszy pokój mimo iż zarezerwowaliśmy standard niższy, pyszne śniadanie i przepiękna okolica. Blisko do wspaniałej pustej plaży

Many glowing reviews led us to this remote, castle-like spa and wellness hotel, surrounded by horse paddocks and a large park. We booked an Executive Room for three people at around €379 per night. I probably don’t need to explain what “Executive” is supposed to imply at this price point. Upon check-in, we immediately raised a complaint about the room, as it barely resembled the photos shown on Booking. We were then informed that the room depicted in the listing was not available. The room itself felt cramped due to the large double bed and extra bed — very little space to move around. The mattresses were hard and the room poorly soundproofed. There was no espresso machine, coffee maker, or kettle in the room. A small 80 cm TV and a minibar that didn’t cool properly. No air conditioning — just a fan. Overall, far from what one would expect from a 5-star Executive standard. The gym is located in a separate building and offered only the most basic equipment. The biggest disappointment: no pool, whirlpool, or any comparable wellness facility. Be sure to read the hotel’s description carefully. Library, billiard room, and beautifully designed lounges were, for some reason, filled with excessively loud music, making it difficult to enjoy these otherwise lovely areas. On the plus side, parking was free — great — though the surface was poor and it’s about a 200-meter walk to the hotel. Luggage transport was difficult, and there was no sign of any concierge service. Breakfast was absolutely excellent — delicious and well-presented. In summary: Despite its 5-star rating and marketing as a spa & wellness hotel, the actual offering was limited to massages and cosmetic treatments, plus a very basic gym. According to Polish standards for this hotel category, amenities like a sauna, pool, and a fully equipped wellness area should have been present — unfortunately, they were not.
