Perfect cottage, great location, great hosts

Great size cottage, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was ideal for cooking with company, great equipment also. Front room adequately seats everyone. Smart TVs in every room which is great if you have kids who like to watch their own shows. Bedrooms great size, comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe/draw space. Hot tub was added bonus and great to relax after a day out.

Nothing that would put me off staying again…but we found the showers hard as we are all tall and the sloping rooms made it awkward

Fabulous stay in this cottage

Beautiful location, central for exploring. Peaceful and quiet. Exceptional Lodge and facilities. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again

Hot tub had a leak when used. Hosts booked an engineer but we were only staying a few days. They did top it up daily so could still be used.

Disconnection and relaxing 100% disconnected and relaxed

The house is very cozy, comfort and warm at all time. Spacious living room and kitchen for big family like us, we were 7 adults. Jacuzzi tub is superb, definitely a plus to our stay. The owner and neighbour were very friendly and helpful.

Location is quite difficult to find the cottage. Poor signal or no signal at all. WiFi signal is not strong enough, specially in the upstairs, very weak even for send a WhatsApp message.

Cosy cottage stay with a hot tub

Wooden beams throughout this barn conversion, finished to a very high quality. It is well located for Snowdonia (we visited the National white water rafting centre) and also for the seaside at Criccieth. Overall, very clean and comfy and the hot tub was an additional bonus. We would be happy to return in the future.

Superb

It was a lovely conversion, very homely feel, underfloor heating, large amount of space.

If anything stopped me from saying it's a 10/10 would be that the WiFi signal was unfortunately very poor, so much that only a small part of the house got a signal. This could surely be fixed by adding in some booster WiFi boxes upstairs etc or via the mains, a quick fix that will make a big difference. The broadband was strong when we had a signal. This is even more important since at least on my vodafone there was no telephony signal, forcing you to use data based coms like Whats App via wifi. Finally, it would be nice to have some form of modern bluetooth speaker so we can play some tunes in the house. There was a speaker you could connect old iPhone too but none the less a bluetooth speaker setup would be great to have.

the place was big enough for us all to have privacy if we wanted ( we had 2 babies under 6 month )

location perfect house perfect we loved our stay there Monique was a perfect host just round the corner everything was really clean and the hot tub was great even in the rain 5 adults and 2 babies , parking both cars just outside the house lots of towels /lovely comfortable beds 2 bathrooms and a wet room

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location, very peaceful with a beautiful outlook. The cottage is amazing and cosy. It looks great in the photos but even better in person. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of our adult retreat weekend (kid free), we will definitely be booking again for next year.

We can’t honestly say anything negative about this property.

Luxurious furniture & fittings. Everything you could possibly need, comfy beds, luxury kitchen & bathrooms & everything spotless. The hot tub was amazing & clean.
