距離富士宮車站非常近，房間有日式和上下舖可以選，屬包棟有廚房可以自己烹煮，可以去永旺買食材很近，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，房東不住這裡不會干擾，有冷暖空調，天氣好在外面隨時都可看到非常近的富士山
房子內不部是木作有些年代了，走路會有聲音，房間在二樓，樓梯有點陡，浴廁在一樓，半夜上廁所要小心走
