Holiday Home Solling by Interhome

The holiday park only has a few houses and is very quiet. The area is clean, well maintained and it is easy to park your car at your property. To our surprise our property even had a sauna (It came with an extra cost to use it, but we didn't so no idea whether it is good or bad) and a wood fireplace. The host is super friendly and easy to reach at the reception or by phone. (We had to call to get the key as the reception was closed even though we arrived within the arrival hours. So better to call the property upfront for the code of the key-safe) The property itself is good but might need some small maintenance, but nothing major to not wanting to go there again. The area is quiet and perfect to walk in the near forest(s). We had our 2 kids and dog with us and we hiked every day, either starting from the park, or using the car for a 15-25min drive. There are plenty of walks and animal wild parks (in some even the dog can enter!) in the surrounding area. Lots of big supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, ...) are very nearby in Uslar (3min drive).

The Wifi (super important for the kids :)) was OK. At times it was all good, other times it was very slow. (but for normal users checking your email, browsing, reading he news it was ok) Some small maintenance is required: - The shower cabin didn't close very smooth - The heater in the kids room could not be turned off (I had to manually close the in/out flow) - A part of the kitchen just fell off, right on my wife's foot (it was very poorly attached, basically hanging on 2 little screws, so not even screwed in at all)
