The apartment has a large balcony with great views of the mountains, including Eiger. The apt is of good size and has basic utensils, pots and pans for cooking meals.
The hotel has rigid hours when you can pick up keys. Staff appear cold and less welcoming to guests, condescending in a way. TV is too old to watch - unbearable pictures and sound. Payment through Booking.com includes processing fees not anticipated, hotel charges yet another additional fee (city taxes by the dates) - both should have been indicated in the posted price. Having to call a few times to get clarifications and it is hard to get through to talk to someone.

Walking distance from the railway station or take a bus 121-123 if too many luggages, the bus stops 50m from the Apartment.
Our road facing Room with a big balcony had beautiful views of the mountains.
The rooms were adequate for 4 adults. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. We had a pleasant 3 nights stay. Will definitely recommend.

그린델발트역과 도보 8~10분 정도 거리로 가까운 편이고, 피르스트 케이블카 타는 곳과 매우 가까움. 직원이 친절하고 청소도 잘 되어 있는 편임. 거실 정면에 발코니가 있고, 측면으로 넓은 베란다가 있음. 화장실이 2개(1개는 샤워 불가) 있음. 전자렌지가 있음. 냄비 등 각종 주방용품이 잘 구비되어 있음. 식탁의자가 교체되어 깨끗함.
거실 정면에서 보는 뷰에 건설공사용 크레인이 서 있어서 뷰를 좀 가리고 있음. 샤워커텐과 발코니에 있는 휴식용 의자 및 방석이 낡았음. 체크아웃 때 침대 및 베개 커버를 벗겨 놓아야 하는 점이 불편함. 바닥난방을 완전히 끄고 싶은데, 섭씨 15도로 설정되어 있음.

Great views from our 2 bedroom apartment.the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A raclette was delivered to our room promptly when we requested one.Easy walk from the train station and very close to the First gondola base. Apartment was very clean and warm and quiet.
None of our group of 4 found the beds or pillows comfortable.
