The view was nice. The location was great. Having the second bathroom was very helpful.
We didn't realize that soap for the shower would not be provided. There was only hand soap in the kitchen and one bathroom.

Very convenient location and very quiet inside and out of the apartment - good soundproofing between rooms, plus the apartment looked out on a shared courtyard area so no street noise.
Apartment stank when we arrived as the carpet outside the bathroom had been left wet by the previous occupants. (and presumably other tenants beforehand). This was relatively hard to avoid as the shower curtain didn't fully block the water and we had to mop with towels after every shower.
