Everything about the apartment was excellent. Cinzia communicated with us even before we arrived to make sure everything is clear and to make us feel relaxed. The apartment is new, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. There's a small sandy beach 30 m from the house with a nice view at Marzamemi and a small island. It was empty (mid-July), it's good for small children and people, who don't mind low water depth. Marzamemi awesome historical centre (great restaurants, "gelaterias", shops ) is about 8 minutes by foot. There's a lot of opportunities what to do in surroundings, Cinzia always has many recommendations about that.
Low water depth in the nearest beach, but in the area, there are other suitable beaches (main Marzamemi beach 5 minutes by car, beautiful San Lorenzo beach 10 minutes by car).
