Beautiful accommodation, beautiful view, difficult for limited mobility.

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, upgraded, and very comfortable. Parking on site was wonderful as well. Having a large balcony to relax on and the rain shower were bonus luxuries. There were only two of us, but even with 4-5 people, it would have been very comfortable. The washing machine was also a huge added bonus. Kitchen well equipped. Nice lounge chairs and eating table on the balcony were nice. The most important thing was the cleanliness, and it was definitely very clean.

Check in was to start at 1:00; however, nobody was there. When we called, they said it wasn't ready and would be in a couple of hours. Also, they said the flat was "right next to the parking spot" when I told them I have limited mobility and am handicap a week in advance when booking. There was a stone staircase (with no handrail) that was next to the parking spot that I had to have my husband help me get up. While it was a wonderful accommodation, I would not have booked it had I known there were stairs involved. Also, if you want to walk to town, it is all downhill; which means coming back is all uphill.

Perfect accommodation for ski holidays!

Great apartment located only a 5-minute drive from the slopes. Spacious (can comfortably fit 5 people) and clean! Would definitely recommend!

Communication with the host upon arrival could have been better. Living room has too much light coming in from the glass window of the door which is a minus for anyone sleeping there.

Wonderful apartment!

Wonderful apartment, very close to the center of Ortisei. One very large bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a sofa bed that is also comfortable according to my daughters. Very nice and perfectly equipped kitchen and how to describe the bathroom...! Huge and really modern and clean! And last but not least, the terrace is really the cherry on the cake : Wonderful view and always protected, really nice for our summer week! And very warm welcome by Mathias and the family! Perfect stay!

One of those trips where the accommodation made the trip even better!

The host was very welcoming, always available and very sweet. The kitchen was so well furnished with everything needed. The bathroom was enormous! beds super comfortable and a nice area outside to eat and chat. Everything was perfect :) would highly go again if i visit that area.

Super apartment. Friendly hosts. Amazing shower. We only stayed for one night. For a party of 3 i would give everything top score but the sofa bed being by the front door was not ideal.
