Appartement spacieux bien équipé avec une terrasse bien orientée pour être à l'abri du vent. La vue est agréable .La piscine est propre et peu fréquentée. La résidence est calme.Une place de réservée dans le garage mais on peut se garer facilement devant la résidence. Personnel arrangeant pour l'accueil. Situation idéale pour accéder à la magnifique plage de Sao Juliao❤️
Un peu d'humidité côté chambres. Toilettes dans salle de bain. Un seul jeu de clés pour accéder à la résidence et au logement( Attention à ne pas claquer la porte en ayant oublié les clés dans l'appartement)

Lage ist hervorragend. Schöner Strand in Laufnähe. Grosszügiges Apartment, gute Einrichtung, Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt (Tabs Spülmaschine, Spüllappen). Heizung vorhanden. Aussicht bis zum Meer.
Administration ist eher schlecht. Eine Kontaktperson wird genannt, eine andere Person kommt für das Check-in, ist aber verspätet. Im Vorfeld keine Information wegen Reparaturen im Gebäude (keine Wasser von 9-16 Uhr). Belüftung der Wohnung ist mässig. Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und ist feucht. Betten sind hart. Geräuschpegel ist hoch.
