Levante Holiday Apartments

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Finikoudes, with everything within easy reach. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the room was incredibly cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations — definitely a place we would happily return to!

Amazing place! The location is very Close to the beach (5 minutes slow walking) - Finikoudes beach. And also very Close to a lot of restaurants suitable for breakfast or dinner The apartament is very clean, with AC and a very positive thing is that you can self check in and check out We kept contact with the hots the entire time and they even let us to leave our luggages in the reception due to early arriving and late flight.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to town, the beach and the nightlife. The rooms were quite modern and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and responsive

One of the rooms we had was above a bar that could get quite noisy in the nighttime on weekends, it wasn’t a massive issue though.

The location is amazing. I think that’s the only thing that’s worth at this price. The hosts were fairly responsive, and the bed was comfortable. They also provided an extra sheet for covering ourselves. There were sometimes beach towels and an umbrella you can borrow at the entrance which was nice. The rooms are spacious, so thats nice as well.

Honestly, a lot, at least in apartment 104. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and false marketing. Clearly not boutique apartments. The floor was not clean enough, your socks will get dirty if you walk without shoes (see dust pictures). The shower has mold on the sides. The sink in the bathroom was not clean as well, scale and mold was left. There was no another bed, no shampoo (it had the same thing that was used for hand and body washing) we bought our own, and there was absolutely no “inner courtyard view”. The bedroom had a small window which was looking in a wall/stairway of the other building (photos attached). Also the balcony had only one chair, and there should be more places to hang your stuff to dry a bit. Also I don’t think you can say fully equipped kitchen without an oven or at least a microwave. Also some of the things are neglected, like the sink has rust on it, and the shower doors don’t close all the way.
