The property impresses with its spotless cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. Facilities are well-maintained and cater to most needs, providing good value overall. The view adds a nice touch to the experience, though there were a few minor aspects that could be improved for an even better stay.

Due to a problem with Agoda’s booking system, I did not get the room type I booked (high floor, sea view). Instead I was on a side street on the first floor, with a bar/restaurant just a few metres away from the bedroom on a narrow street. This meant I had to listen to the restaurant clients whilst trying to get to sleep, followed by drunk people in the street (there are many bars in the area) and then the garbage truck between 3am and 4am. If you can’t sleep in the property, what’s the point in paying to stay there? Just choose another property or do not use Agoda, because their site makes you think you are booking a high floor on the other side of the building. Maybe book directly on the site of the property. The apartment itself is a good size but not ‘deluxe’ at all - there are no soft-furnishings, no rugs, lamps, curtains or pictures on the walls. No parking, but there is a reasonably priced public carpark (pay in cash only) nearby. Commmunication with the property was also not good, with me emailing several times just to try to get check-in instructions (this is not a hotel - I never saw anyone at the reception desk).
