Reasonable location to access where we were going, lots of room for us to spread out and not get in each others way and room to have ports open and not trip over them. Manager friendly.
Lack of instructions on how to use appliances (all new to us as we came from Australia). Bathrooms looked a bit worn with no towel rails, soap holders etc, but you could see where they had been. Lift breaking on the 3rd day meant we had to use stairs for the rest of the stay and then lug our ports down them all when we left.
