A family owned business, with clean and cozy room. The owners were very kind and gave us many useful information for pleasant walks in the Parc. The room is 6-7 minutes walk from the center, with shops and the famous panorama. Free parking around. Good breakfast with local produce. A perfect stay for the first visit to this area. Recommended.

An energetic week in the mountains requires good food and good rest. I got both.

The property gives access to many Gran Paradiso mountain walks - they’re practically on the doorstep. It’s a beautiful part of the world and standards of design, cleanliness and general quality are very high indeed. The couple who run the property are clearly driven by a quality of vision that requires everything to be done well and everything to be presented well. Breakfast is provided, and there are nearby shops, bars and restaurants to provide other meals. I went alone. I intend to return with friends and family.

Why quibble? My expectations were met.

cosy room with mountain view on edge of small town.

lovely room on edge of small town with balcony for mountain view. new ensuites rooms and spa area will open this June. some lovely choices for hikes in the valley.

our mid May stay meant town was closed. this included downstairs restaurant although breakfast was offered. options for eating out restricted to pricier restaurants. would recommend they provide tea making facilities .

room very quiet and cozy, positioned conveniently over a restaurant, with beautiful view of the town and snowy hills over the window. owner friendly and helpful; good breakfast.

unfortunately wifi in the room was on the slow side and could get 4G signals only beside the window which made it a bit hard to work

Disappointing

The standard of the hotel is much lower than describe by the hotel , and by most of the reviews. The room is very small and dark. The electric light is very poor, remind some hotels in the seventies. No water and napkins were provided. If you are looking for gloomy room that is the one.

this is a cosy little B & B in the heart of Cogne. easy access for everywhere. you can get very good breakfast. Laura and Davide were very friendly and helpful. you can easily recognize that they have passion for this job.

Camere Hostellerie was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and warm and the food first class. Davide is a friendly host and very hospitable; he was keen to ensure we had an enjoyable visit to Cogne. Camere Hostellerie is an excellent place to explore the Cogne area from. The walking is great!

Nice and spacious room, parking-place in front of the B&B, very good breakfast with croissants, bread, ham and cheese home made pies and cappuccino for only 5€!! We would love to come back again in this lovely B&B in Cogne which is great to visit Parc Grand Paradiso.

Magnifique lieu à recommander.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Hibou. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de soins et de gentillesse. L’intérieur est magnifique et confortable, on ne se lasse pas de regarder les sculptures, les dessins et les superbes boiseries. Le petit déjeuner est varié et généreux, le cadre du spa tout en beauté nous a fait vivre un moment de paix et de ressourcement.

Un lieu qu’on aimerait garder secret…

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique. Dès l’arrivée, on comprend que ce lieu n’est pas un hôtel comme les autres : tout y est chaleureux, convivial, profondément humain. David et Laura sont tout simplement exceptionnels. Leur accueil, leur attention et leur générosité font que l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi… voire mieux que chez soi. À tel point qu’il est presque difficile d’écrire un avis, tant on aimerait garder cette adresse comme un secret bien gardé. L'hôtel est un véritable lieu de partage, idéal pour découvrir Cogne, ses alentours, le parc du Grand Paradis, les stations et plus largement toute la Vallée d’Aoste. Mais c’est aussi bien plus que cela : le lieu est chargé d’histoire, de générosité et de chaleur humaine. On y plonge dans l’âme de la région, son passé ouvrier, ses traditions et notamment l’art de la sculpture sur bois, le tout transmis et raconté avec passion par David et Laura. Le confort est irréprochable : petit déjeuner excellent, chambre superbe, infrastructures au top. Et par-dessus tout, des hôtes, propriétaires et gérants tout simplement fantastiques. Grâce à eux, on ne se contente pas de visiter une région : on la comprend, on la ressent et on la vit pleinement. Un immense merci pour ce moment hors du temps. Un lieu rare, authentique et précieux. Nous reviendrons, c’est une certitude.

Bellissimo weekend vista gran paradiso

Ottimo soggiorno, posizione strategica per le passeggiate in montagna, sci di fondo e ciaspolate varie. Il gran paradiso a due passi! I proprietari poi sono squisito, farti visitare Cogne in tutti i migliori punti diventa la loro missione. La location e la camere sono molto tipiche, con struttura in legno stile chalet. Torneremo in estate

Week-end parfait au calme dans les montagnes.

Le lieu était centré, le restaurant adjacent délicieux avec 10% de rabais pour les locataires du lieu. Le spa privatif était génial avec une vue impressionnante sur les montagnes environnantes. Le déjeuner copieux, varié et délicieux. Le personnel accueillant et disponible. Un excellent week-end à réitérer.
