Great b&b for a good price

Great breakfast and a beautiful room. Very friendly host.

Nothing bad to say about this place. It takes a little walk from the center of Cogne, max 10-15 minutes.

Nice place to stay

Nice place, very welcoming host. Big room, big bed. Everything is sparkling clean. Nice nature view.

The mattress is pretty thin, some may have a problem with it. When taking shower, found there was no toiletries - only hand soup on the sink.

The lady of the house was just fabulous, so friendly and helpful. She made great efforts to make accomodation and breakfast for my sons comfortable and enjoyable.

The place is a steep away from Cogne centre, which is not negative but a bit challenging after a whole day EE level hike when the rest of the family is staying at down Cogne.

Beautiful location in Cogne. our room was very spacious, with a wonderful large window view of the mountains. Nice breakfast as well.

Driveway to enter was difficult to find, and sign didn’t stand out. Also the top of driveway was pretty rough and need some leveling out. I think I scraped up the car a bit driving in.

Most definitely an excellent place from which to experience The Grand Paradiso. We highly recommend this property.

Everything. our room was excellent. The view was beautiful. Our host was amazing! The breakfasts were excellent (lots of choice & more than we could eat).

We would have preferred more firm pillows (but that was not a major problem).

Excellent breakfast very hard to find on this class of b&b. Spectacular location with a view on the Pousset peak and, on the background, the Gran Paradiso Glacier. Excellent culture heritage on the mine history. Excellent hosts, knowledgeable on the history of Cogne in general, and extremely competent on geology, nature and the mines.

Access road a bit rough, move the entry sign on the other side of entrance in order to be more visible.

The impressive view onto the Grand Paradiso, even from the appartment. The extraordinary hospitality, even with dishes for the evening meal in the breakfast room and a tasteful tomato salad. The breakfast with many options to be well prepared for a long day on the bike. So it's worth to spend more than a night!!

Very well located for all the walking activity I wanted to do. The owners were always very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful and the bread excellent and fresh as well. Although, no eggs!

Very little to dislike but one of the shower doors needs attention.

Bellissima fuga nel relax tra le montagne

Posizione ottima vicina al centro e con comodo parcheggio nella struttura. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, con vista spettacolare sul paese e le montagne, bellissimo svegliarsi così! Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L'ambiente è molto familiare e casalingo, posto perfetto per una fuga dal caos!

Ci è piaciuto tutto, suggeriamo solo di migliorare dei piccoli dettagli per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti ancora più confortevole (doccino della doccia, cuscini, colazione alla lunga un po' ripetitiva - avremmo apprezzato più prodotti locali e/o fatti in casa).
