Ideal place for a calm, relaxing, active vacation (watersports, hiking, cycling).

Perfect holiday location. Calm private beach at the Ossiach See, fantastic view on the surrounding mountains.

A bit old fashioned enterieur. Nevertheless, we did not mind it, it was comfortable.

The location was amazing. We were lucky to get a unit on the ground level with direct access to the lake.

Check out is a little earlier than we were used to. We asked for some extra time but it couldn't be accommodated.

Leuke verblijfplaats, mits enkele aanpassingen !

De ligging, de omgeving. De vriendelijke uitbaters doen hun best om kleine problemen op te lossen. Genoeg keukengerei en -porselein. De eigen ligweide met zetels en parasols …en de mogelijkheid om op ieder ogenblik zonder verplaatsing een duik in het meer te nemen, zijn een grote meerwaarde!!!

De accommodatie is wat verouderd … eens je dat gewoon bent is het appartement een leuke plek om te verblijven. Wat meer leggers ipv hangers in de kleerkast zou praktischer zijn. Nog een belangrijke tip voor de uitbaters : het dubbelbed moet dringend vervangen worden … de lattenbodem begeeft het regelmatig … 4 latten enkele keren zelf hersteld … maar ik zag dat hij dringend aan vervanging toe is, incl. Oude zeer harde matras. De plastieken houdertjes van de latten zijn zelfs niet allemaal meer aanwezig, en zelfs als ze er wel nog zitten blijven sommige latten er niet meer inzitten. Vervaldag bereikt, zou ik zo zeggen!

Tolle Lage mit direkten Zugang zum See. Reibungsloser Check-In.

Parkplätze mit sehr viel losem Kies. Nicht geeignet für Motorrad. Ausstattung des Apparments etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen.

Wunderschöne Lage am See und sauberes Apartment, jedoch etwas unpersönlich organisiert

Das Seehaus liegt wunderschön direkt am See – der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung war gut gelöst und alles war sehr sauber.

Einige Dinge haben den Aufenthalt jedoch etwas getrübt: Die Einrichtung ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt eher nostalgisch-alt. Im Badezimmer war leider keine Seife vorhanden, und der WLAN-Zugang war nirgends auffindbar – auch auf unsere diesbezügliche Nachricht kam die Antwort leider erst sehr spät. Die Organisation wirkte insgesamt etwas unpersönlich. Der späte Check-in ab 16:30 Uhr und der frühe Check-out bis spätestens 10 Uhr sind bei nur einer Übernachtung ziemlich unpraktisch. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Gastfreundschaft könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein – die Lage allein ist auf jeden Fall ein großes Plus.

Die Aussicht von der Wohnung auf den See war super, auch der direkte Zugang zum See.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad hat stark gerochen, vorallem aus der Dusche.
